From our internal use, we have seen savings of 4-5 hours per week in writing full and meaningful replies to customer emails. We’ve used it to summarise a series of email conversations with a customer so we can pass on the relevant information to a team member or put it into a ticket without having to rewrite anything.

One of our favourite features is having Copilot sum up our unread emails or team messages.  This saves an untold amount of time when you’ve been away from your computer and you need to catch up.
